Why we started Groupfully?
After sitting through countless hours of trainings and workshops, we knew that there was an opportunity to make them more relevant, interesting and a little more fun. And after facilitating hundreds of workshops, we started to observe and see what resonated and what didn’t. What prompted questions and curiosity and on the other hand what put people to sleep.
We also understand that some topics are tough, but we learned that we could make people more comfortable asking the question that they really wanted to ask.
AND we wanted to acknowledge the elephant in the room…this all can be boring!
So, we set out to figure out ways to comply with the law for the compliance trainings and help to make sure the participants feel like the gained insights about themselves and the topics.

Catrice Monson, Founder, CEO, and Primary Trainer, has spent over two decades focused on labor, employment, and the workplace — whether through labor negotiations, human resources, diversity equity and inclusion and employee experience.
She has a passion for finding creative solutions, teaching about complex topics related to labor and employment, and creating space for people to explore similarities and differences.
She loves what she does, and she loves getting people to listen to each other, even when they don’t always agree.
If each person can walk away and say, “I learned something,” that is the goal.
